AXMusic are a new recognised centre for modern instrumentation exams in Wales. Throughout 2011 and 2012, AXMusic will be releasing a range of graded books for guitar and drums, from grade 1 to 8. Our ‘Compose Play Live’ and ‘Play LIVE’ books are a new and exciting way of learning the guitar and gaining a qualification at the same time.

What is Compose Play Live? You will have the unique opportunity to compose two of your own songs in any of the four modern music styles available within our book. Then play them live as part of a three piece band with our professional musicians and you will be gaining a recognised qualification. The Play LIVE graded books still give you the unique opportunity to play as part of a three piece band with our professional musicians. We also help musicians become fully qualified professional tutors by increasing their qualifications and skills, so local communities and private tutoring can benefit from a higher standard of music teaching. All our books and exams have full accreditation from Agored Cymru Wales and are part of the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW).

AXMusic Is An Agored Cymru Recognised Centre.

While AXMusic has been creating a new examination board for Wales with full accreditation from Agored Cymru we have also received full recognised status as an ‘Accredited Centre’.

AXMusic can now provide assistance to other third sector and private sector organisations wishing to gain accreditation for their own courses, for more details contact AXMusic.
