AX Music is a Community Interest Company which is committed to raise the profile of the modern musician in education and performance. AXMusic has been trading since 2008 and has achieved a reputation for excellence. The Directors intend to focus the business on ensuring that the organisation takes advantage of the status it has created for itself and is effective in its delivery so that surplus funds can be generated for use within the business for its community objectives.
AXMusic Education & Examination Routes for Wales
Our aims is to significantly improve the standards of teaching and learning of modern music in Wales by providing a comprehensive range of staged learning resources combined with seamless nationally accredited learning pathways.
AXMusic are going to created a new examination board for Wales accredited by Agored Cymru. AXMusic has full recognised status as an ‘Accredited Centre’. AXMusic now can provide assistants to other third sector and private sector organisations wishing to gain accreditation for their own courses. AXMusic has published and is committed to publishing a further series of additional learning resources to provide a seamless pathway of music learning from entry level through to further and higher education access. All of these future publications will have full accreditation and will be released throughout 2011 and 2012.
