Who: Individual music tutors were send from three different local authorises Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taff and SONIG Youth Music Industry, Trofaen County Borough Council and Head For Arts.
What: “Tutor Development Programme” designed to raise the level of professionalism of the Freelance music tutor working for the different local authorises and charitable organisations
Where: This course is held in many different areas

Duration: This course duration was 5 weeks. Five hours per session.
What are the achievement: For the individuals taking part to have more of a professional understanding and awareness of how to deliver a group or individual music workshop for there (Local authorises ) This course in turn gives the individual confidence and the ability to manage themselves in a professional manner and know the correct procedures on heath and safety, educational routes, performance anxiety and many other subject themes.
